Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear purchases are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery successful date). Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Bras & Bra Tops

Refunds are not available for bras and bra tops.

Size exchanges are allowed only if the size does not fit.

Items must be returned in excellent, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Laisa reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet our exchange requirements.
