Underwear

Due to hygiene reasons, all underwear purchases are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery successful date). Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Bras & Bra Tops

  • Refunds are not available for bras and bra tops.
  • Size exchanges are allowed only if the size does not fit.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery successful date).
  • Items must be returned in excellent, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Laisa reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request if the returned item does not meet our exchange requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for sending out the replacement size.
